Newbie... anyone else starting, or recently started?

Hi all,

I am going to my first SW meeting tomorrow evening - can't wait to get started.

I've got about 2-3 stone to lose, have already lost five on Lighter Life, but have been living abroad and had to come off. Anyway - have had around six months 'off' slimming, but it's time for the next push now.

Looking forward to getting to know you lot... is there anyone else that is reasonably new to SW?

I work out quite a lot, hopefully this will speed up weight loss. Planning to loose maybe 3lbs per week? Is this possible??

I'm starting on Wednesday, I'm not sure how much I have to lose as I don't have a set of scales but 3 weeks ago 1hr after the birth of my son I was 13 stone exactly. I plan to lose 1lb a week minnimum so that by his first birthday I'm at a good weight.

Hi and welcome to SW. I'm sure you'll get loads of advice from folk who have have done plans life CD or LL. But I do think you're being a bit over optimistic in expecting to love 3lb a week. 1 to 2 lbs is a more realistic, healthy weightloss that can be maintained in the long-term.

Hi, I started again 2 weeks ago as a rejoin member doing good so far putting the good losses down to the 30 mins walk at lunchtime and 30 mins on Wii Actice personal trainer.
