Morning! Been lurking for a few days and thought I'd say hello! I'm Betty, age 40, two little boys and five stones to lose. I'm 5ft 10 so get four Ss a day. Love the oriental chilli and the chocolate shake, hate the pecan porridge. Bleh. On day three today and after a VERY hard day yesterday where I would have sold a child for pizza woke up this morning feeling bright and positive..ketosis perhaps..or wishful thinking?
