    Hi
    I am new and only started last week and had my first weigh in last night lost 2lbs - quite chuffed. It's not an option for me to put on or stay the same any week as it'll get expensive.

    I am struggling with breakfast ideas and keep using my healthy extras on fruit and fibre. Any suggestions?

    Do a search on the forum for magic porridge - I was dubious but tried it the other week and it's delicious, I now have it all the time.
    I also like toast for my breakfast on occasions so buy weight watchers malted Danish coz i'm allowed 3 slices instead of 2 as with most breads. :)

    Breakfast and Lunch threads
    It seems barely a day goes by but someone doesnt post a 'Any idea what to have for breakfast/lunch' There are actually no less than 170 Breakfast threads!!

    So Ive merged a lot of them and made them stickies in the recipe section
