Newbie Diary check please

    I am planning to follow a green day today, i just wanted to know if i am following the concept correctly

    Breakfast- Muller light yogurt and bannana

    Lunch-Batchelors wholewheat tomatoe and Herb pasta


    Dinner Jacket Potato with Quorn Chilli with large salad
    Hex B- Cheese

    Free food snacks-grapes, necterine, apple, nuller yogurt, lettuce

    Hey, looks alright to me.
    Only thing I would say is that you should be having 2 HEXB's and 2 HEXA's a day :) Cheese is technically a HEXA too so from your menu it looks like you have only had one HEXA and no HEXB's today.

    thanks Sarah i am looking to loose 2 stone by late January and need all the help i can to stay focused

    You can do it hun!
    Just make sure you have 2 HEXA's, 2 HEXB's and 10-15 syns a day and you will be fine!
