Newbie diary xxxx

    Diet:
    weight watchets pro points
    ok so i decided to start a diary to keep me on track:)
    I started last thurs and weighed 11st 1lb
    week one = down 3 lbs

    daily pp=29

    Breakfast
    30g porridge oats 4pp
    slimline milk 1pp
    raspberries 0pp

    Lunch
    pitta pizza...:pyum x
    ww pitta 3pp
    puree 0pp
    ham 1pp
    onion
    low low cheese slice 1pp
    sweetcorn 1pp

    Dinner
    wasnt very hungry so jus had something small

    ww pitta 3pp
    low low cheese 1pp
    ham 1pp
    all this toasted..yumm x x

    Snacks
    protein shake after gym 3pp
    yogart,raspberries and 5 peacons mixed 4pp
    1 teaspoon almond butter 1pp
    1 slice bread with tomatoe 2pp
    curlywurly 3pp

    total used 29/29 dailys

    i really need to start eating some fruit and veg..jus to lazy to prepare them :rolleyes:
    I have also done a 30 min fast walk and 15 min ab circuit..didnt work out my activity points cause i never eat them x x x x
