Today -

B - Weetabix with Semi Skimmed

D - Homemade Veggie Soup

T - Quorn Sausages with jackets Potato and Beans

S - Yogurt and fruit pot

Hopefully this all works but any advice would be much appreciated.

Got 3 stone to lose in the long run!
