Hi everyone
I am doing SW from home. I have found a lot of information (2012) on the web. (Am doing Original or Green days not extra easy.)
I started last Monday and did loose 4 lb when I got weighed on Friday so I do have faith in it but I feel like I am eating a lot so wanted to check I am doing it right.
Today is a Green day
Porridge and Milk from HE a and b
Egg, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes, baked beans - all free
Bacon (cooked weight was only 40g) - HE b
Muller Light - free
For tea I will be having pasta, rocket lettuce and cherry tomatoes mixed with 30g cheddar from HE a.
I sit at work nibbling (this is why I needed to go on a diet) and am having as syns:
2 x bags of French Fries for 9 syns and a Jacobs Club 5.5 = 14.5
I will also be nibbling on a banana an apple and a plum.
Does this all fall within the limits of a green day?
Thank you!
