Newbie - end of first day

    I have done it!! Day one complete and whats more I have enjoyed it. I love the shakes and feel more positive than ever. Thanks to everyone who posts - I have got loads of information and tips from you all. :thankyou:

    Well done! If you can do one day you can do two ... do two and a week is do-able, do one week and you can do 2weeks ... etc etc etc!
