Total Solution Newbie - first day on Exante - tips request

Hello all

Newbie to the forum here. Done lighter life to great success but got complacent so have put some back on. Decided to try Exante before the weight gain gets too much, as it seems the same but cheaper and no patronising counsellors! Learnt lots of useful things during the group sessions. Now just need to keep putting them into practice!

Anyone have any Exante tips?

Well done for making the choice ;) - I think that's half the battle!

I did CD for a short while 2 years ago... and know the diet works... I just need to see it through and not jump off too soon !

Tips: You know the pitfalls... make your shakes MASSIVE (lots of water) or split them into 2, so you get more "meals" a day for first few days.
This time, I say to myself "I'm not gonna eat right now... I will leave it for a bit then decide" and usually end up busy with something else - IYKWIM. And of course... lots of water to drink [yum!]

Hi, just drink your water, get busy so you don't think of food and remember this is fast diet so you won't be on it forever xx

Thanks guys! Just did my first day 100% despite a rather long conversation with myself as to whether I should have the emergency chicken breast in the freezer or a shake when I got in! Plumped for shake and feeling very smug with myself, although STARVING! Forgot how horrible the first few days of VLCD are before ketosis kicks in! However, I'm in the zone and really excited to see the loss!
