Hello all!
I've come over from CD!Loving Atkins, been on it for 2 weeks (no weight loss, I knew that might happen) but was hoping somebody could take a look at my menu. I'm finding getting all the veg in quite difficult. What could I change and improve? I don't eat red meat or fish really.
Is this too much food? After being on CD I'm not sure what's normal?!!
Help much appreciated!

TEA/MILK/SWEETNER = 1.5
SNACK
Celery 1.2
Peanut butter 2.4
HERBAL TEA 0
LUNCH
Feta cheese 2.4
Bistro leaves 1
Avocado half 1.8
Chicken 0
Pecans x 10 halves 1.5
Ceasar dressing 0.5
SNACK
Green Olives x10 = 0
Leftover lunch
TEA/MILK/SWEETNER = 1.5
DINNER
Brocolli 1
Chinese leaves 0.4
Mushrooms button 1.2
Tofu 2.5
Peanut Butter 2.4
French beans 2.1
Olive Oil 0
PUD
