Newbie, from CD to Atkins!

Hello all!

I've come over from CD!Loving Atkins, been on it for 2 weeks (no weight loss, I knew that might happen) but was hoping somebody could take a look at my menu. I'm finding getting all the veg in quite difficult. What could I change and improve? I don't eat red meat or fish really.

Is this too much food? After being on CD I'm not sure what's normal?!!

Help much appreciated!

Hi Anita, Welcome

I'm presuming you're on induction, if so some of the foods you are eating are not induction friendly, have you read the "So you're thinking of starting Atkins" stickie?

Hi anita! Welcome to Atkins.

As Jim advises, do check the sticky at the top of the page. If you eat the wrong foods on Induction it might take longer for you to get into ketosis.
