    Hi im Salty, i lost 3 and a half stone last year on CD, and ive maintained except for half a stone. Im 12 stone 1 and my goal is 10 stone.

    I have been doing this diet halfheartedly since tuesday (week 1 )and i need to get my head around ssing again!!!

    Would love to chat to others and share tips.

    Going on holiday in September so this is my ultimate goal to be slim for then.:break_diet:

    I agree the last bit is hard. When some mornings you feel fine about getting dressed and others awful. I have only 1st 3lbs to loose and I have manage to set myself a challenge of being 100% for 2 weeks starting today with a few others, please feel free to join us.

    My goal is 66 kilos by my 30th! - 24th July 2008.

    Yea i think the last bit is the hardest but we will do it.

    Your 30th will be a real blast, imagine all those compliments!!

    ok ill make my pledge, there ive said it now:wave_cry: food!!

    Ive got slim and fat photos of myself out to keep myself motivated.

    Doing everything on my own and measure on Mondays. I dont use the scales anymore.

    I lost weight last year and recorded my measurements and weight so I know roughly at the moment I should be around the 71.5 kilos mark. But know that when I am 70 centimeters around the waist I'm 65 kilos. Currently I'm 81cm until I measure in the morning.

    Together would be great I need to stay focused completely. On the same program (doing it myself) Dr Cohen's, hoping to start the re feeding in about 3 weeks time.

    i respect you for doing sit ups as well thats fab.
    well its 5;30 p.m on day 1 and im feeling positive, im gunna do this, i really am.

    thinking of size 10 clothes, brown legs and feeling hot hot hot!!

    i need loadsa support,

    im hopeless!!

    gunna try and have a positive day2.
    my problem is when im in the kitchen, trying to avoid the kitchen now-lol.

    hubby is now looking after himself which will help.

    also need tips on boredom. thanks xxx

    well i have been of the diet for 2 weeks and ive gained 9 lb. grr.
    good news is ive decided to try again tommorow.:break_diet:

    ive got too try and brainwash my self again,
