Newbie here loving pro points!!!

    Hi everyone, I haven't been on here for so long. I am finally back in the right frame of mind, positive thinking all the way. I started the new weight watchers pro points last monday 22/08. No weigh in the first week due to bank holiday but my leader is one of my bf's so got on scales after 5days when visiting her and have lost 4lb so far!!! Im loving pro points the weekly allowance is my saviour and allowed me to enjoy our friends wedding at the weekend and will allow for my anniversary meal this week with my husband.

    Ive a long way to go, but im determined to make a change in my life not only for myself but for my kids. I have a christmas party and my cousins wedding in May 2012 as my incentive. Good luck everyone else and keep up the hard work. :D

    Hi hon, welcome to WW propoints. Always nice to have a fresh view on things. :D Glad you like it, I like it too. I did old plan last year and lost nearly 2 stone in 3 months but I felt hungry a lot of the time and fell off the wagon. Started PP 10 weeks ago and the weight loss is slow but steady and I'm not hungry anymore (so its easier to stick to). I love having the weeklies too... You don't feel as guilty going out for a meal or having a few drinks!

    Hello Welcome to the board.

    I totally agree with you. I used to do the Discovery plan and although I lost 3stone, I did find it hard to follow. I went to SW whilst I was pregnant and gained a small amount of weight (15lbs)

    I am now back to WW, doing the PP and loving it! I have found this plan is the easiest plan to follow with my lifestyle. I can't see myself ever coming off the plan as it gives me all the goodies and healthy eating but within a good limit.
