I have been following ww for quite some time now and it's only the last few months that I have really got into it and especially with the exercise - which I really enjoy and def think helps with the weight loss as if I cut down on my days if I have other plans I don't lose any weight. I lost 2 1/2lb this week cause I was back to full exercise last week
I am finding a lot of stuff really interesting and useful. I'm nearly to my goal weight but then to the even harder part of keeping it there and not losing anymore. Especially after reading some of these threads about being under 8 stone. BMI is quite confusing there are all different windows with it so you never know what is best.
