Hi all, newbie here, I'm joy 26 from the north east. I'm a married mam of two. Ive been following ww for ages (on and off lol) I do not like the new plan and have left, since leaving ive put 8.5lb back on and my friend recommended sw to me, I start in the morning, I'm just hoping I can get my head around it after the whole propoints mentality.

Any advice would come in handy :) xx

I agree with selwonk! Wipe ww from your mind..... And you'll love sw! I've done ww before and this plan is soooo much better and easier and I'm never hungry as I was on ww. Good luck! X

Hope you manage to get your head round the new regime, everything takes a bit of time at the start, doesn't it?

Did the PP thing with my daughter but much prefer my WW OLD method which I know off by heart and suits me anyway.
