Newbie here!

My friend told me about this site and I think it is great, I'm calorie counting and down 3 pounds in my first week so feeling positive! It's great to hear about people's journeys and to get tips on low calorie foods/snacks/meals. I currently weigh 11 stone 7 but really want to shift a stone for the summer, starting a new job as a home carer so hoping to be up & on my feet a little more than previous office job!!
