hiya,,

My names is Liz and other side of 40,,
i have three kids and seriously need to lose weight for health reasons mainly.
I have diabeties and it is way out of control,, i seem to start ok then slip off the wagon very fast,, my main problems are organisation and the time to implement the changes i would like to make,, i will be following SW and plan on menu planning to help me stay on track, but i stuggle with not including bread,

going to have a nosey round now

hi liz welcome to slimming world & minimins. there is no need for you to go without bread u can have upto 4 slices of 400g wholemeal (if u do green or red) or 2 slices if u do extra easy and u can syn the bread. i do mostly green and red as i like to have the extra healthy extras. good luck x
