Hi Guys I'm new to the forum and started my first day of LT this morning, feel ok so far.

My stats are 13st 11 and I'm 5ft 6inch and a dress size 16, I'm wanting to go down to a size 12 no lower cos I look ill and skinny.

So glad I found this forum as I know I'm going to need help, the OH is cooking all the kids meals when he gets home from work and he whips up a sarnie for my youngest and keeps it in the fridge so I don't have to make it and can just pop it on a plate bless him.
