Newbie in distress

Hi I'm on to my 2nd week of slimming world and am following red n green days. Had my first weigh in a few days ago (a loss of 3lbs woop!) However, I came down with a tummy bug the next day n basically couldn't eat a thing for 2 days :( I know no food isn't good as your body goes into starvation mode. My dilemma is now I'm feeling a little better do I throw myself straight back into the eating plan or shud I just eat what I can manage til I'm 100% well again?? I don't wanna undo all of my hard work from last week?

Hi, sorry to hear that you were poorly :( personally I'd get straight back on the horse but I'd do Extra Easy for the remainder of the week as you will be taking in more general foods and not taxing your body, well done on your 1st weeks loss as well, keep going and keep us informed good luck mate
 
Thanx very much, I think your right itl be a few days of extra easy and hopefully I can keep the weight loss up :) slow and steady is just how I'm hoping it will be. X
