Newbie:Jacket Potato & Philadelphia Light Pnts Please!

Hi,

I am newbie, so could with all the help I can get, does anyone know how many points a jacket potato (400g uncooked) and 50gram - 100grm of Phillidelphia Light with Chives is?

Hi hun not sure how accurate this is my measurements are never very good but i found this in a previous post


Light Philadelphia – 0.5 points per tablespoon
& a large jacket potato is 4 points xxx

Hi,

thanks for the reply, I used the points calculator online and the jacket came to 4pnts and the philly light with chives came to 4pnts for 100gm - not sure how accurate the online calculator thingie is.
