Newbie JUDDD

I'm starting JUDDD tomorrow after hearing about it in here. Have tried South Beach and Slimming World in the past both with not bad results. South Beach is too expensive now I have a fussy family to feed and can't get to Slimming World classes.

So fingers crossed for this. Hoping it will help my psoriasis...
