hello well dne u day 9 thats brilliant massive round of applause. right im new to the exante im on day 2 however i did cd before and lost a very gd 3 n half stone only came off as christmas was approaching n money etc anyway my cd instructor said if i really need to eat something make sure its either chicken n veg chicken salad tuna omlette this will not take u out of ketosis dnt have any carbs i dnt think this will hurt the diet i did it a few times on cd and i still lost sometimes i used to cut out last shake n have a meal of no carbs if its just that u need a sweet thing try can of diet coke or a herbal tea wiv canderel hope this helps xx
