Newbie looking for loss advice :)

Hey all!

First time on the site so hello :D

I've come back to Slimming World after about a year. I went from 11.10 to currently 9.4 I'd love to get to the 8's if I can but mainly I'd like to just lose the fat on my stomach so I wouldn't mind losing that and staying around 9.

Could anyone give me some insight into my food diary? (Incase anyone's confused, I work late nights so the meals are a little all over the place)

Example, today:

Hour long HIIT session with weights

Breakfast - all speed fruit and some egg whites
Lunch- SW syn free Carbonara with roast carrots and beetroot as my speed
Dinner - Roast peppers, kale and some SW chips
Hex B - 2 alpen light bars
Hex A - some Mozzarella for my pasta
Syns: 8.5 on a galaxy ripple and 4 for some nutella over some fruit
Snacks: 1 mugshot, the rest of the day would be superspeed veg and fruit like berries, gherkins, veg etc.
Plenty of water as it's all I drink :)
