Newbie.. needing to shed a few stone

    HI everyone...

    New to this site, i took the plunge and joined weight watchers the other night, i have been before but gave up after i lost a few pounds... i weighed in at 11 st 3 pounds!!! this is the heaviest ive ever been :cry: so ideally i need to lose 1 & half stone... today was my 1st day tracking on the pro points but it has not gone very well...ive used my 29 daily points and 18 frm the weekly allowance!! is this ok?? im going 2 be good tommorrow :eek: and just stick to the 29 points... ive alreadyy planned what im eating 2morrow.

    Hi, welcome to the forum! I'm not a follower of weight watchers so I don't know about the points system, but if you head on over to the Weight Watchers sub-section they'll be able to help you out there :)

    Hi and welcome. I am also following propoints. You used your daily allowance so then start on your weekly allowance. Make sure you write it all down
