Newbie needs help!

Hi i joined tonight and went to my first meeting, i thought i grasped the concept of it but i guess not :mad:. I dont want to give up before ive even started too. I have chosen some food id like for the week but 1 i dunno if its correct and 2 i dont know what food category it falls into. I was just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction and help me.

tomorrow i was planning on having :-

Beans and 2 wholemeal toast, water and a banana and apple

lunch - jacket potato with tuna in brine and cucumbers, lettuce etc

(and havent thought about tea yet as waiting on new cooker)

That looks fine sammie, on track for extra easy day just remember your Heb either milk, cheese etc and whatever you have for dinner remember 1/3 super free
