Hey everyone :)
I've just started the Cambridge diet. I'm on day two at the moment and so far so good. I've been really tempted to eat lots of fatty food but resisted! I lost over two stone on slimming world around two years ago and put it back on so decided to try the Cambridge diet. I am currently a size 14, would like to drop a dress size and lose two stone. :) I have a hen do coming up and I really don't wanna be the fat one! So anyway if you have any tips or anything please do share xxxxxx

I'm on day 4 now. day 3 was really hard for me. But keep going it will be worth it. Remember to sip the water all day. And have loads of things you need to do incase you need to be distracted. :)
