i am just getting my head around this amazing site
the support for weightloss and other stuff is beauty.
but i was just wondering when you.start a new thread, how do you tag it on the app? or can you not tag new threads? very confused!

i am also confused by the subscribe bit at the bottom on the app. why do 1 and 2s keep appearing in a little red circle? what does it mean please? x
