Hi folks thought i would start yet again and hopefully keeping this diary will keep me on the straight and narrow.
monday 16th may, daily allowance 29pp

breakfast 5pp
2 egg omlette 4pp
mushrooms and tomatoes 0pp
1 teasp evo 1pp

off to work now so will post lunch and dinner later .Do hope I can keep this up lol.

Well guys I've just had my tea and it was lovely so I'll give you the run down of lunch and dinner'

LUNCH

beetroot and 1/2 boiled egg) 1pp
1 salad bowl ( lettuce, tomato, onion, tablespoon salad cream 2pp
2 ryvita 2pp
total 5pp

DINNER

200g turkey breast (dry roast) 5pp
0 point ratatouille 0pp
2 glasses red wine 8pp
total 13pp
total so far 23pp

any ideas for my last 6 ppoints?

day 2 and weigh in ???

well guys i had a really good day up until the weigh in.My own scales sais i had sts so off i went feeling a little positive.........then oh no 2lbs on....what a dissapointment. So it's a new day tomorrow and will have to work really hard. I AM GOING TO DO THIS!!!
MENU FOR TUESDAY 17TH

BREAKFAST

i went of the rails a bit and had 3 glasses red wine but haven't used any weeklies yet so its not as bad as i thought.
Roll on tomorrow new day new start!

Thanks Michillin women, I really do hope so ,I am trying to be so good.I haven't had much chance for excercise though,but if I even only lost a couple of lbs it will be a start.My weigh in is also on tuesday so I will let you know how I get on.Thanks for replying its nice to chat to someone and sure your only down the road lol. One thing I can suggest... don't weigh yourself daily! Your body fluctates massively, and you'll only end up feeling rubbish when you're heavier one day, or really light, then it all changes on WI day... Believe me, I'm slowly weaning myself off it! Even drinking a cup of water can make a difference, let alone 3 meals plus snacks :)

Your menus are looking tasty, you'll be in for a good loss come next week x

Thanks Charlotte I haven't weighed myself since Tuesday and I'm not going too until my next wi, you are so right I only get annoyed with myself and thats probably why I fall off the wagon. hope all is going well for you x

Hi guys , well thats another day over and here is my daily food diary for today.

Thursday 19th May

Breakfast

Now I have 4pp spare for a little snack later might have a bowl of l/f ice cream.

well thats friday over found it quite hard to use up my points today just didnt feel to hungry, maybe my stomach is shrinking lol lol I WISH !!!!!

Menu today looks fab, especially your dinner!!! - no wonder you didn't feel too hungry, lots of filling food :) Lovelovelove peanut butter, I could never stop at 1 tsp though!

hi charlotte just been reading your diary left you a reply. I dont normally stop at 1 teasp of pb either but my sis is comin home from south africa at the end of june and I would like to have as near 7lbs off as poss before she gets here as ahe is mega skinny and she will give me a right tickin off for putting the weight on in the first place.just a thought but a teaspoon of pb in a plain chicken sandwich is fab it livens it up a bit . good luck with yours and dont fret about excercise I don't do very much not because I cant but because i'm toooooo lazy lol x

dairy for sat 21st may

Well guys had a MAJOR fall off the wagon sorta day yesterday had a birthday party to go to where we had lots of great food and wayyyyyy too much red wine . I had a great nite its been so long since I had a real blow out and it was good.I did try to be careful of what I ate and didn't have any cake so I suppose thats something and I did a fair wee bit of dancin too.So heres my menu for yesterday I totally guessed my dinner points so if I got them wrong please let me know.

Breakfast

1 slice toast 2pp
2 slices lean bacon 2pp
1 poached egg 2pp
total 6pp

didn't have breakfast till 11.30 ish so skipped lunch....saving my points for 2 nite!!!
Dinner
homemade lasagna 15pp
salad 0pp
small spoon coleslaw 3pp
garlic bread (2) 5pp
total 23pp

well thats my daily points taken care off now for the weeklies
crisps ....about 1 bag
nuts 1 handful
far tooooooo much red wine and
3 glasses of west coast cooler
So I think the whole 49 weekly points are well and truely zapped...........
must be extra good from now till tues wi.. wish me luck and good luck to you all for your wi's too. x
