Hi guys! Im starting slimming world as i need to lose weight (about 3 stones) i did start a 'diet' but i was really confused on what to eat so i lost my motivation. Now hopefully slimming world helps as its more an organised approached! Just want some tips and also how to stay motivated during this. Im really hopingg to change my lifestyle for my health and most importantly my mental health. Thank you x
