Hello everyone,

I thought I'd better say hello now as I was starting to feel a bit creepy just dropping in daily to read everyone's stories/updates! I started Lipotrim on the 1st of September and have been 100% since. I started off 20st 4lbs and I'm now 16st 1lb. To say I'm chuffed to bits is an understatement and in a couple of weeks I'll be in uncharted territory, so very exciting/anxious times! I've been a bit rubbish and haven't been taking measurements so I can see where the weight's been shifting and I don't even know how to put on one of those weight tracker things lol, but I just wanted to say hello formerly and to say I'm really glad to have found such a supportive bunch of ladies/gents :).

Hello and welcome to the forum :)

How amazing are you with the 13 weeks at 100% and loss of over 4st? I'd say super amazing!!! :) that is an absolutely fabulous achievement so a massive WHOOP and well done to you!! Keep it up ..

This forum is fabulous.

How are you finding it? x

Welcome pooks and well done! I'm only in day 6 but the girls on here have been a god send :)
I wouldn't worry about measurements - I'm just judging it in my clothes and I'm assuming that the clothes u were wearing in September are falling off u now lol

Hello there and thank you very much! :)

I'm finding it rather ok actually lol. I think I'm in that bored stage though where some days I count down the hours and the shakes one by one! I've often said I feel quite fortunate in the fact that I'm a fairly willful person - if I want to do something I'll do it! I only had one week where I thought "this is enough now" and that was a couple of weeks ago when I randomly put on 2 and 1/2 lbs even though I was 100% completely. I later realised it was because I was retaining water as I got my TOTM the following week and my next weigh in saw a 6lb loss which made me feel loads better about it. God, I was all over these forum pages doing searches for TOTM, water retention, etc! lol My pharmacy has been rather unhelpful, bless them, they tried to tell me that my drinking 3 glasses of soda water made me put on weight?! I'd much rather listen to you ladies and your experiences because that's where the truth lies!

Too right hunny, its only those that actually experience this diet that are in the REAL KNOW! Not the so called professionals all skinny as owt but happily sit there preaching ..... I have the same prob with water retention... sucks eh...... well done though :D:D:D Lou XX

Hello Susie and thanks! Yes they're hanging off now which I'm uber excited about! It's a good thing I didn't get rid of my old jeans or I'd be skinter than skint! Wow, day 6 for you eh? How are you finding it? Focused and determined?

cheers loulou! and wow! - look at your amazing weight loss! you're all truly inspirational - fan-blurdy-tastic! :) :)

Yesterday was a nightmare! The physical hunger had disappeared but I work in Edinburgh and all the Xmas stuff was starting last night so there's food stalls set up everywhere! The smell was torture and put me in such a bad mood
Managed to resist cheating though and feeling much better today
Generally it's been a lot better than I thought it would be
I was soooo nervous before I started

And Lou im really lucky the girl at my pharmacy is lovely and also a nice normal 12-14 I would say

I have too many diet "advisors" in the past who are like sticks and had clearly never been fat or have been way heavier than me leaving me wondering who should be advising who lol

I know exactly how you feel Susie - my new hobby is talking about food, watching food cooking programmes, cooking for my better half, etc....it's downright pornographic lol! Don't get me wrong, I know it's torture but somehow cooking makes me feel better? I've been trying to explain it to my partner by saying it's like cooking a roast - after all that time and effort I'm never that bothered about eating it because I've already eaten it with my eyes if that makes any sense? But yes, sometimes it's just too much torture, my partner even forbids me from going food shopping with her sometimes! Seriously though, well done for not cheating, it's no easy task so consider yourself highly praised! :D:D
