Newbie to slimming world and food diary!

Hi guys,

I am going to my first ever slimming world tonight - bit nervous but have heard good things about it!

Please can people give me some tips that they would have found useful when they first started out?

Also please can people recommend good breakfast ideas and snacks I can have at work?

Day 1-

Breakfast- mango and pineapple made in the nutribullet. Not sure how many Syns this would be as it was blended.

Lunch- Marmite and 2 laughing cow extra light triangles in wholemeal bread (Hex b) - 2 Syns

Dinner- Pasta with a mix of Mediterranean veg (courgette, peppers and aubergine), sweet corn, tomato passata and 40g reduced fat cheddar (hex b)

Snacks - Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and grapes.

25g Tyrells salted popcorn - 6.5 Syns

Drinks- variety of herbal teas and a cherry Pepsi Max


Total Syns: 8.5
