Apples
Oranges
Banana
Plantain, it a bigger type of banana
Whole-grain cereals
Full cream milk
Low fat yoghurt
Chocolate drink(i love it)
I usually have fruit and fibers with full cream as my Hex and a piece of fish/chicken.
I need help so that i can begin to lose weight, i have got about 60lbs to lose.

Well the meat is a no no on green day's! Plantain I would check and ofc cannot be fried! The full fat cream again is not on plan either! Maybe you need to reread the book again?! White bread isn't on plan! And low fat yoghurt would be syns not free

As Mizkirsty says - you need to read the book again. Going by what I learn at class, this is what I understand your list as:

Free foods
Sweet potatoes
pasta
Rice
Eggs
Beans, including baked beans
Corn on cub, including sweet corn canned
Carrot
Cucumber
Cabbage
Lettuce
Peas
Pears
Apples
Oranges
Banana
Plantain, it a bigger type of banana (As long as it's cooked without fat)

The following foods can be used as healthy extras
Chicken
Meat
Whole-grain cereals
Full cream milk (You only get a small amount)

The following foods need to be checked for syns, they are not free
Chocolate drink(i love it)
White bread
Low fat yogurt (Most types have syns - Fat free yogurts are the ones more likely to be free)

Perhaps you should consider joining online for clearer information?

Best of luck with it all. :)
