Newbie with great results - will track my progress

Hi I started my Atkins diet last Monday, I have been very strict with it very little carbs and lots of exercise!

Before I was a full on carboholic! Mc Donald's burgers, chips, crisps, sweets - literally my everyday diet!

Since switching I have now lost 10lbs! In the first week that's crazy! Can't believe it just hoping next week will be nearly as good,

I started at 17st

Am now weighing in at 16st 4lb

Target for next week is to lost the extra 4lb at least!

I am looking to get down to 13st - I am. Very muscular girl so could never be a size 8 and look good lol

So 46lb to go
 
Well done Bub, a great week one result :)

It's a bit quiet here at the moment, I think a few people are away, but I'm sure they will be posting shortly :)
