Newbie - YoYo dieter determined to change!

Hi all

I'm a 32yr teacher and mother of 2 little ones. I used to be a nice 10st 7 (at 5ft 7) until I met my hubby and had the babies. At my biggest I was almost 16st.

Last year I lost 3st on the Cambridge Diet, getting down to 12st 7 but have put a stone on since Xmas. I am now following Slimming World in an attempt to make a lifestyle change for us all so fingers crossed. I am aiming to drop another 2.5 - 3st x
