    Hi all, have started CD SS today after trying and failing at LL, w8 and everyother diet I can find.
    I'm doing SS at 3 packs a day and so far have tried the porridge, which wasn't a huge success (Will try it again further down the line when my tastebuds have changed) and about to try the Chicken and mushroom Soup! :D

    Hi Choo, I am restarting on Saturday morning as I thought I could go it alone - and was wrong!! It is tough but well worth doing as the results are so quick. I wish you well with it - just a quick question - what is LL?

    LL is Lighter Life, pretty much the same as CD but cheaper. Good luck with CD, it's fab if your head is in the right place and you want it bad enough!
