Hi Everyone....I'm crossing over from the slimfast forum. I'm joining slimming world on Wednesday as I hope it will fit in better with family life. Slimfast was ok as a bit of a kickstart but I need something I can stick to long term. Always been a weightwatchers girl in the past so quite excited to try something new x

Good luck with sw theres 3 choices of plans to follow you just have to find the one that appeals to you.

I am a red/original day girl and follow a high protein and restricted carb plan and feel great doing it.

so good luck and looking forward to seeing how you get on .:D

hiya welcome. i started slimming world about a month ago and thought it was really complicated but i think once you get going it becomes routine and just part of your life and i really enjoy it now!! Good luck xx

Hi there and welcome!
SW is a great healthy balanced meal plan and should not be thought of as a diet! Its far more adaptable than WW and you dont go hungry!

Hi there and welcome. I know you will love SW once you get head around it, the best thing to remember at the start is if the food you are eating has been processed or touched by anothers hands its probably not free, so check your book.
With this rule you should do great, keep us all informed.
