    Just thought i'd quickly introduce myself :wave_cry: I'm Diane and tomorrow I'll be starting the Ultra slim (tesco) I'd like to lose about 2.5 stone :mad: to take me down to a size 16. I've got all the stuff that i need , 7 ready drinks and 7 bars followed by a low calorie evening meal. Will also be using my treadmill for 30 mins everyday that i'm not on shift.

    hi diane i am on ultra slim and my wk 4 started today have lost 8 pounds up to now really pleased it feels slow but this is the most ive lost with any diet ive done mind you this ultra slim is the only one i have stuck too good luck to you on your 1st day

    Yes I agree Keep busy.
    It stops you feeling hungry.
    First two days I was starving. But day 3 I felt so much better.

    So stick with it
