Hello,

I've been loosing weight for a while now and am reaching a point were i know what i need to do but keep giving in to temptation :sigh: so here i am hoping that by being brutally honest about what im eating and hopefully i will reach my goal weight.
So:

Current weight as of this morning: 10St 10lb

Goal weight: 8st 12lb

My time goal is to have this by my holiday on 21st August or at least as close as i can.

So thats the big step over and done with, hopefully my posts will be positive from now and will be full of weight loss :D

Weight update: As of this morning i now weigh

10st 4.2llb

Still got a long way to go but am so excited with how close to being in the single figure digits i am - woohooo
