Newbie :)

    Hey guys:),

    Just signed up today. I'm 5 foot 3 and currently around 9 stone 4. Hoping to get down to around 8 and a half stone, think I'd feel much happier at that weight. I've never been on a diet before so I'm not really sure how I'm going to achieve this!

    I'm going on holiday in September and really wouldn't feel comfortable in my bikini at my current weight :sigh:so need to shift the lbs somehow!

    Any advice welcome!

    Hi Vicky,

    I'm not sure, I don't think I'd be very good at sticking to a set diet so to start with I'm going to just try and cut all the junk out of my diet and go from there!
