    So just back first class and really enjoyed it
    Everyone was so friendly
    And leader wasnt a skinny mini which somehow helped
    Got my shopping list all done
    And im both nervous and excited
    My ww brain saying you cant have all that lol

    Hello!!! try to forget WW!! (although like me you will be calling syns points for ages !!!) SW is a great diet plan (as is WW!) and so easy.....

    From an oldie to a newbie i would suggest you start a Food Diary on here, that way people can see what you are eating and help you out if you are unsure about anything (syns, Healthy extras etc)

    Thank you for that
    I had thot of it but to be completely honest im so rubbish on anything with comp
    I have no idea what im doing can just about manage this
    I have had today a ham omlette
    Two fruit bags
    Im having pasta and chicken for tea
    For snack later im going to melt my alpen bars and have a muler lite thats a b choice
    And i had my skimmed milk for my a hows that lok
    Any advise welcome x

    If you are doing EE plan, you will need to add a third of your main meals of superfree veggies! So have the chicken and pasta, but incorporate some brocolli and carrots perhaps?? this means you dont end up over eating the Meat and Carbs, as you are having a third of each (third meat, third carbs, third veggies).

    Hope that makes sense.

    As you had the fruit bags, that will be superfree foods, but perhaps add mushrooms or tomatoes to the omlette next time to get that superfree element included?
