Hi all just wanted to say hi and congratulate everyone on their weight loss. I have been on slimming world for 4 weeks and have lost 10lb so far. I want to be 9st ideally but my mini target is 10st for the end of may. I am going to Mexico for my 2nd honeymoon and feel that I need to shift some weight as I don't want feel horrendous. I have got another 6 1/2 lb left to lose in 5 weeks so fingers crossed I can do this. I am following the plan from home and using this website and magazine. I love red and green but do throw in the odd ee day for convenience. I do exercise at least 3 times a week I'm currently doing a couple of exercise DVDs. (working forme at the mo, so will stick to it)
