    i guys well i joined ww las thurs and i have not stuck to it one day oh god i knows its easy but am going toface dreaded scales and hope to god i can get my head round it for next week
    how u alldoing
    any tips

    then class today as day 1, you were getting you're head round it last week and the scales might not be as bad as you think
    go tonight, get weighed and them draw a line under it (or peraphs celebrate a loss) and then jump back on that weight loss wagon x
