    Morning folks - I am just starting out (again!) on my weightloss journey - I stumbled across this site by accident (or maybe it was meant to be lol) when I was looking for Syn values for my food diary - and was absolutely chuffed to bits to find all this support for Slimming World's food optimising! I'll need time to read through some more posts but I really hope to be able to get to know some of you as time goes on! As 'Big Arnie' said ..................'Hasta La Vista Baby - I'll Be Back!'

    Welcome to minis :) it truly is THE nicest and most supportive weightloss forum I've been on! The majority of the members will go out of their way to help you out. Make sure you read the posting rules and stuff as there are lots of different subforums at the top of the SW pages, and it makes a lot of work for mods to move threads into the right place! They are quite self explanatory as to what goes where-there is also a whole post explaining it-I'll bump it for you in a sec :)
    If you post a food/general diary then people will have a look for you and give you ideas etc :)

    Well - what can I say! Here we again - another Monday and another start for me! I really need a good kick up the bum!!! Any takers?! I have a dinner for my sister and brother-in-law's Silver Wedding coming up on 21st August so that gives me 6 1/2 weeks to do something with myself!!!!! Watch this space!!!
