Hi...hope to start sw on wednesday...I had my 2nd baby 4 months ago and had to have emergency c section at last minute! I am 28... 10st 3 and about 5ft 3 so needing to lose at least 1 stone...I know that does not sound alot, but to me it is...I was always a size 8 up until my daughter 5 years ago, then shrunk back to size 10...but this time I am still in a 14! I just wanna fit into my jeans again! :jelous:...I have been using my friends books this week and doing well so far, but need to do it properly... i have been using MiniMins constantly to keep an eye on my syns and to check anything Im unsure about...there is always an answer on here, so I thought if I registered I could post my questions too....

Looking forward to wed!!

you are doing it for yourself, to make yourself be and feel healthier and so is everyone else on their weightloss journey. in my class there are so many people of all shapes and sizes and admittedly i do think to myself ''gosh why has she joined i'd love to be her size'' but at the end of the day everyone is there for the same reason, to loose weight and to feel great about themselves again, whether they have 1st or 10st to loose.

To be fair I think we all worry about going whether we feel people will think we are "too big" or "too small". A friend once said to me no matter what size you are there's always somebody who will be looking at you wishing they looked as thin/pretty etc as you but if u don't feel happy then its right for you to do something about it. So get going again and soon enough you will feel goo about yourself again :)
