Step 1 Sole Source Newbie

Hi everyone this is my first time on forum,

I started cambridge weight plan on 1st july and have so far lost 18lbs although this last few days my weight has just stayed the same. I have been doin the plan 100 per cent although i admit i dont use all the packs. Is there a chance that this would affect my loss?I was so peeved off earlier i went to mcdonalds and ate a chicken burger. Now i feel SO guilty! Im afraid that im now not in ketosis and it will take me a few days to get back into it!

Please help! Im so cross with myself! :mad:
 
Well done on ur weight loss...im officially on week 2. I dont think u would be out of ketosis that quickly. Just go back on the packs asap and drink plenty..i would have all the packs as having less would effect the weight loss as i found out when i was doing LL a few years back.
