Hi I'm new to this and I just new some help please if I eat 500 cals every other day will this work? U drink 2 litres of water as well. Please can some explain to me how fasting for periods of time an then eating normally helps lose weight? Does it shock your body or something? Also is it best to have you low cal days consecutive or all a once?
