Hi :) ok=plenty of water, keep yourself busy and if you can throw out anything you will be tempted to eat! alternatively, take your blender in to another room and don't go in to the kitchen for the first couple of weeks. it gets easier and don't give up. If you end up eating anything then don't take it as failure. its a slip up, get back on it and take it one day at a time. Talk to us and share your journey. Mother nature paying you a visit is normal, as is constipation (fiber products can help this ask your pharmacy also drinking water does too). If you feel like you may cave, try to do something else active not sitting in front of the tv. buy yourself something as a target to get in to. if you do need to eat something for a specific reason make sure its protein x its all about carbs so no carbs!
