Hi all

I've successfully lost 45lb with Weight Watchers & while I absolutely love the plan and know I can successfully maintain on it, its no longer working for me to lose. So having done Slimming World previously I am going it alone with (hopefully) the support of you guys to lose my last 10lb.

Welcome to the forum Peach .. Well done on your loss that is great .. you should have added the 45lb to your starting weight even if you did lose it before joining.
