    Just wanted to say "hiya" Im new on here..started back on WW on Friday, doing it home alone!! got all my books from a while back, and getting into the magazines.

    Im going to be asking loads of questions!!!

    Im struggling abit..Im on 21 points a day..that seems alot I know!!

    Hi LL welxome to the forum! How much are you hoping to lose then? get yourself a ticker as its fun changing it every week when you have lost weight :) i find it a bit of a incentive! xxx

    Thanks a bunch for your welcome, Im aiming for a stone just for now..I would be happy with that..THEN!!! I will conquer the next one.

    Im 13stone now @ 5.7"!!

    If you go on to and follow their instructions, then come on here and go into control panel and paste the text they give you into your signature.

    Well, First of all Welcome Here. Now first thing you need is setup goals regarding you weight loss plans. Than be consistent and punctual. Get motivation by checking and analyzing you goals and achievements.
