Just wanted to say "hiya" Im new on here..started back on WW on Friday, doing it home alone!! got all my books from a while back, and getting into the magazines.

Im going to be asking loads of questions!!!

Im struggling abit..Im on 21 points a day..that seems alot I know!!

Well, First of all Welcome Here. Now first thing you need is setup goals regarding you weight loss plans. Than be consistent and punctual. Get motivation by checking and analyzing you goals and achievements.
