Hello there. Haven't been on a forum for years, last time was when I started lighterlife, lost lots of weight and then fell pregnant! So now a few years on I have just had my second daughter and have recently joined Slimming World. So far I am 8lbs down with about 100lbs to go... wow that looks really daunting written down.
To be honest though I am trying a new strategy which is to take each week as it comes and to hope for a loss rather than setting unrealistic targets that will only lead to dissapointment. So I am hoping that this will be a steady slog and I want to document it so that I can look back on my journey with pride and maybe even provide others with support and ideas while I'm at it.

Hi Firefly, welcome to the world of minimins. Good luck on SW. IMO slow loss is better loss and more maintainable.
