    I've been having a little looksie through all your diaries and its made me want to start one too, just to try to keep myself motivated and maybe get some hints or tips from anyone also.
    I am currently 180lbs (12st 12lbs) and I want to get down to 120 lbs (8st 8lbs) if possible. Hope thats realistic?
    Anyway, I am a big fan of working out with my Wii and have just got EA Sports Active 2 so I'm going to really try with that, I enjoy my Wii Fit+ and Just Dance games also
    I also play tennis, badminton, horse ride, cycle and walk so I try my best to stay fit, its still not helped me keep off my fat though - boo!

    So I'll try to keep this updated as much as poss espeically if I am making progress. Talk soon!
